Cinderella a tale told by many in various ways with different perspectives ranging from wanting to win a dance competition to being treated fairly. In every version of Cinderella, there is always a rag to riches through marriage, winning some particular competition or getting the dream guy. However, can a person really reach this type of success with magic, and marriage, can that be realistic in today society.
As we all may know magic is not real, but there is a form of magic that we may encounter every day in our lives which is luck. We get lucky and win the lottery, or find thirty dollars on the ground as we are walking. Moreover, with luck, we can have success. In today society luck can take you from a janitor of a company to a vice president of that same company. Just like Cinderella, it was luck that she had a fairy godmother. Not every princess had a fairy godmother to help them with their dress to go to the ball, and marry the prince.
Marriage is matrimony between to loving individual, and in this matrimony, you are entitled to half of your partner' resources. Therefore, if you are to marry someone of high status then you automatically are successful because of who you married. For instance, when Kris Jenner married Robert Kardashian she became more publicly know because of him and his status in society during that time. In addition, Cinderella became successful because she was married to the prince. In summary, a person can reach success through a form of magic and marriage that is seen in today's reality.
